摘　　要：我国企业在发展过程中存在着高层团队整合不和谐的问题,据这种不和谐态的表现、原因及既有解决办法的不足,提出我国企业高层团队和谐整合的概念,对其对象、目标、原则、路径和指导思想进行分析,并在此基础上构建起我国企业高层团队和谐整合的模式及其主要的整合内容。The integration of senior team is a block that hampers the development of our country’s enterprises. By analyzing the causes and the inadequacy of the disharmony, we put forward the concept of the harmonious integration of the enterprise senior team. And then we suggest the model and content of harmonious integration through the analysis of its object, aim, principles, approaches and guidelines.
