实习教师数学教育观念的现状分析及其思考

摘　　要：通过听课、访谈等途径分析14名高中实习教师数学教育观念的基本情况,发现:(1)实习教师的数学教育观念有动态的数学教育观、动静交错的数学教育观、静态的数学教育观3种类型.(2)影响实习教师数学教育观念形成的主要因素有:实习教师自身的数学学习经历,实习教师的指导教师的影响以及一些突发事件的影响等.因此,(1)转变教师的数学教育观念是一个"系统工程";(2)转变教师的数学教育观念需要鲜活的相关经历;(3)转变教师的数学教育观念需要新的文化传承机制与环境.Through analyzing fourteen student teachers mathematics education views,we can find out:(1) There are threes kinds of education views:dynamic,dynamic and static,static mathematics education views.(2) The main contributing factors are teachers mathematics learning experiences,their mathematics teacher influence and some things happened that they were students.
