摘　　要：要使成人教育教学改革获得成功,就必须提倡在教师指导下,以学员自主学习为主的教学方式 因此授课教师就要充分了解成人教育的教学对象,抓住成人学员的特点,采用多种符合成人学员的教学方式,充分调动成人学员的学习优势,扬长避短,才能推动成人教育教学改革,培养创新人才。In order to acquire success in the reform of the teaching on adult education ,the teaching mode centering on students' initiative learning should be advocated under teachers' guidance. Thus, teachers need to fully understand the teaching objects of adult education and grasp the characteristics of those students. They can take various means suitable for the students so as to bring their learning advantages into full play. By fostering their strengths and circumventing their weakness, we can promote the reform of the teaching on adult education to develop innovative personals.
