摘　　要：全面建设小康社会是更高水平的小康社会 ,是一个更全面的、发展比较均衡的小康社会 ,是一个着眼于现在和未来协同发展的总体模式。Building a well-off society in an all-round way means building a society with a balance and a higher standard achieved in various aspects of social life.It is a guiding model for the cooperative development of the society in today and in future.
