摘　　要：高校的固定资产管理如何做到既要保证需要,又要防止浪费和积压,既要确保资产的安全完整,又要充分发挥资产的效益,为提高高校的教学科研水平发挥作用,这是高校资产管理面临的重要课题。The fixed assets management in higher education institutes is supposed to meet needs on the one hand.and to pre-vent any kinds of waste. We should keep the safety of the assets, while We make best use of them so as to make sure that the assets play an important role in raising the university's or college's level of research and teaching,but how to realize the goals above has been one of the hot topics for the study of fixed assets management. On the basis of an investigation of exist-ing problems in the management in universities and colleges, this paper outlines nine countermoves to solve the problems.
