摘　　要：随着高校教育教学和人事制度改革的不断深入,现行的人事档案管理出现了与新形势不相适应的情况。积极探索和研究人事档案管理的新情况、新方法,是推进人事档案科学管理的关键所在。As the reforms of teaching and personnel system go further within colleges and universities,there ap-pear some problematic areas which do not agree well with the new trend in the field of archives management.The countermeasure taken to promote scientific archives management is to launch active researches and studies of new circumstances and new means in managing archives effectively.
