摘　　要：目的快速准确地检测副溶血性弧菌(VP)和伤寒沙门氏菌(ST)。方法:根据VP的tdh基因和ST的HI-d基因顺序设计二对引物,通过聚合酶链反应检测食品或其它待检样品中的VP和ST,将扩增产物电泳。结果:分别出现与已知阳性对照细菌条带大小一致的202和458bp的tdh和HI-d基因片断的条带,判定该样品中相应细菌为阳性。结论:本法特异性强、灵敏度高,能在24小时内出结果,可适用于食品或其它样品中VP和ST的快速检验。To explore a rapid, economical and sensitive procedures for detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Salmonella typhi. Methods A method of using multiplex PCR was established to detect the sequence for the tdh gene in V. parahaemolyticus and the H1-d gene in S. typhi.The PCR amplified 202 and 458bp fragments of the tdh and H1-d gene, respectively. Result By the DNA marker of known size fragments, the bacteria were determined if the same size hands were found via electrophoresis. Conclusion The result shows that the method is not only highly specific and sensitive but also capable of providing a clear-cut result within 24 hours after a sample was submitted. It is capable of detecting V. parahaemolyticus and S. typhi simultaneously in food or the other sorts of samples.
