三明高专党员干部心理素质调查研究

摘　　要：本课题以三明高专 1 2 0名师生为研究样本 ,采用测量法研究高校党员干部的心理素质。结果表明 :高校党员干部的基本心理素质良好 ,心理健康水平高 ;高校党员干部与非党员干部在基本心理素质上差异不显著。Based on a researching Sample of 120 teachers and students in Sanming College,this study employed a quantitatine approach to investigate the psychological quality of the CP members in Chinese Higher Education.As a result,it shows on the one hand that their basic psychological quality is high and their psychlolgical health is sound,on the other hand,it also shows that there is on distinguished difference in htem between the CP members and the non CP members.Finally,the discussinon on the necessities and the specific measures to improve their psychological quality throws some light on this field.
