摘　　要：高科技的发展提高了反金融诈骗犯罪的技术装备水平 ,合法致富途径的增加 ,国际反金融诈骗犯罪的合作加强是经济全球化对该领域产生的积极影响。国家控制金融市场能力的减弱 ,易受国外偶然不良因素的影响 ,经济网络化、金融一体化使犯罪防控难度加大是其对该领域产生的消极影响。Positive effects produced by economic globalization in attacking crimes of financial fraud include the raised technological equipment level against the crimes due to the development of advanced science and technology , the increasing ways to be rich legally, and the strengthened international cooperation in attacking the crimes of financial fraud. Simultaneously, the passive influence produced by economic globalization involves the decreasing of the state's ability in controlling financial markets, liability to be affected by accidental and ill factors abroad, and the increasing difficulty in preventing and controlling crimes because of the internet economy, and financial unification.
