枯草芽饱杆菌与米曲霉混合发酵制备豆粕饲料的研究

摘　　要：对枯草芽饱杆菌与米曲霉混合发酵制备豆粕饲料的条件进行了研究。研究结果表明在发酵72 h的条件下,枯草芽孢杆菌1389与米曲霉3.042混合发酵制备豆粕饲料的最佳发酵条件是:接种时间差6 h、发酵温度30℃、培养基含水量64%、菌种混合比例1∶1。在此条件下测得蛋白酶活值在980 U/g左右,大豆肽转化率在50%左右。This article is a study on the condition of the bacillus subtilis and the aspergillus oryzae mixing fermentation to make bean pulp feedstuffs.The findings indicate that the best fermentation condition of the bacillus subtilis(1389) and the aspergillus oryzae(3.042) mixing fermentation to make bean pulp feedstuffs under 72 h premise lies in four factors.The first factor is that the inoculation delimiter byte is 6 h.The second factor is that the fermentation temperature is 30 ℃.The third factor is that the wa...
