摘　　要：INTRODUCTIONCoeliac disease(CD)is an enteropathy ,characterised by villous atrohy ,which occurs in genetically susceptible individuals .It affects mainly the proximal small intestine,and is caused by an intolerance to cereal storage proteins found in wheat ,barley and rye .
