摘　　要：从一个具体的DNA序列的分类问题出发 ,介绍应用感知器、BP网络和学习向量量子化神经网络模型解决识别问题的理论和算法。On the basis of DNA series classification, this paper presents the solution to the identification by applying neural network patterns. Taking a specific DNA series classification as the starting point, this paper has introduced the solution to theories and calculation of the identification with perception, BP neural network and LVQ neural network. This paper also puts forward the solution to the specific problem by using the neural network toolbox in MATLAB.
