摘　　要：近十年来,我国成人教育学研究生教育获得了迅猛发展,取得了显著成绩。同时,由于发展时间短、速度快,也出现了一些亟待解决的问题,如生源问题、培养问题、师资队伍建设问题、研究生就业问题等。只有处理好这些问题,才能使我国成人教育学研究生教育获得进一步科学发展,实现真正的学科繁荣。Andragogic postgraduate education has developed rapidly and reached prominent achievement.Meanwhile,some problems demanding prompt solution have arisen due to the short development time.The problems include the source of students,the training,the construction of the ranks of teachers,the employment,etc.In the future,the andragogyic postgraduate education could not develop rapidly until those problems are resolved.
