能见度不良对避碰行为的影响

摘　　要：通过大量的模拟器培训观察、统计资料,对能见度不良情况下船舶指挥人员在船舶避碰行为方面的表现和特点进行了深入的分析和总结,并与正常能见度情况下的行为进行了比较。指出了在能见度不良情况下船舶指挥人员在采取避碰行动时应注意的问题。Based on a large number of simulator training observation and record,analysis and summary were carried out on the performance and characteristics of watch officers in their collision avoidance behavior in restricted visibility.Comparison was then made with their behavior in normal visibility.Precautions were pointed out for watch officers concerning their collision avoidance in restricted visibility.
