摘　　要：论文介绍了福建省自学考试作为一个考试管理机构的业务范围、职能特点以及信息化建设中遇到的问题及解决方法,描述了如何利用现有的技术力量及硬件条件,结合本单位的特点,开发出一套适合福建省自学考试系统的管理信息系统。论文还基于对福建省自学考试管理信息系统开发过程中各项模块的详细分析、设计与实施,阐述了如何将管理信息系统应用到自学考试管理中。This article introduces the business scope and the characteristics of the Self-taught higher education examinations in Fujian, and the problems and their solutions in the construction of its MIS. Fujian, using the current technical force and hardware, develops a MIS for the Self-taught examination.
