摘 要:目的:测定并比较二基原品种赤芍中总酚与鞣质的含量。方法:采用磷钼钨酸-干酪素法,测定41批赤芍药材(12批"北赤芍",批"川赤芍")中总酚与鞣质的含量,并通过SPSS18.0软件,采用独立样本非参数检验(Mann-WhitneyU29检验)对二者进行统计分析。结果:"北赤芍"与"川赤芍"总酚与鞣质含量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。12批"北赤芍"总酚与鞣质的平均含量分别为57.60mg·g-1、129.60mg·g-1;29批"川赤芍"总酚与鞣质的平均含量分别为96.42mg·g-1、731159.mg·g-1。结论:"北赤芍"与"川赤芍"总酚与鞣质含量存在差异,且总酚与鞣质含量"川赤芍"略高于"北赤芍"。Objective:To determine and compare the contents of total phenols and tannin of Radix Paeoniae Rubra from Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.Method:The contents of total phenols and tannins in the 41 batches of Radix Paeoniae Rubra(including 12 batches Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and 29 batches Paeonia veitchii Lynch.) were determined by spectrophotometric scopic method with phosphomolybdium tungstic acid-casein reaction.And Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze the results with software of SPSS18.0.Result:There was significant difference(P<0.05) in the contents of tannin and total phenols between Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.The average concentration of total phenols were 57.60 mg·g-1and 96.42mg·g-1,tannin were 29.60 mg·g-1 and 59.73 mg·g-1 in Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.respectively.Conclusion:Significant difference is found in the contents of tannin and total phenols between Paeonia lactiflora Pall.and Paeonia veitchii Lynch.,and which in Paeonia veitchii Lynch.are more than Paeonia lactiflora Pall.
