摘　　要：校园文化的"显性化"建设能有效培养学生的实践能力、创新意识和创新能力,提高学生文化素质修养。文章结合校园文化的内涵、应用型人才的培养目标对校园文化"显性化"建设的意义和途径进行了探讨。To build up Campus culture of dominance can develop students ability of practice creativity and innovation,improve the cultural quality of students.This paper was in combination with the campus culture and the objective that trained the applied human resource to discuss the meaning of building campus culture of dominance.
