摘　　要：随着我国就业形势的严峻,高职学生就业压力不断增大,如何充分发挥职业生涯规划课的作用是目前高职院校面临的现实问题。本文结合高职院校培养目标和高职学生的实际,在教学内容、教学方法、教学评估等方面进行了有益的探索和实践,促进高职院校职业生涯规划课程的日趋完善,提升高职学生的就业核心竞争力。With the severe employment situation in China,vocational students' employment pressure increasing constantly,how to give full play to the role of career planning class is currently facing the realistic problems in higher vocational colleges.Based on the training goal of higher vocational colleges and vocational student's reality,the teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching assessment makes a beneficial exploration and practice in higher vocational colleges,promote career plan curriculum has been improved,ascend higher vocational students' employment core competitiveness.
