非洲菊外植体褐变相关因子研究

摘　　要：通过改变相关培养条件,研究非洲菊组织培养过程中的外植体褐变因素.结果表明:适宜其离体芽诱导分化的培养基为MS+NAA0.1mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L;采用较嫩外植体茎段、接种前对外植体再剪切、降低细胞分裂素的浓度、对外植体勤继代及培养基中加入活性炭等措施可以在一定程度上减轻非洲菊组培过程中外植体的褐化程度,从而提高其组培的成功率.With different culture conditions,this paper made a study on the factors leading to explants' browning of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus.The result indicates that the appropriate medium inducing Gerbera jamesonii Bolus` bud differentiation in vitro may be: MS + NAA0.1mg / L +6-BA1.0 mg / L;the browning rate of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus can be reduced and the success rate can be enhanced by using more tender explants,reclipping the stems,lowering the concentration of Cytokinin,increasing numbers of subculture and adding active carbon to the medium.
