摘　　要：音像资料在高校教育中起到补充馆藏、辅助教学、提高学生素质和创收的作用,本文结合作者切身工作体会,简要的阐述了高校图书馆音像资料工作的资源开发、利用、管理以及存在的问题和对策。Audio-visual materials have become an indispensable part in the collection of the libraries of higher education institutions.With her own actual working experience,in this paper the author concisely illustrates the resource development,utilization and management of audio-visual materials in institutions of higher learning as well as the solutions to the existing problems.
