摘　　要：图书馆中层管理者是图书馆发展规划具体实施的执行者,因此图书馆中层管理者的执行力的高低对图书馆的发展至关重要。本文从胜任力的视角探讨了图书馆中层管理者执行力问题。The intermediate governors of the library are the executors of the library’s developing plan,because of which,the executing ability of the intermediate governors is very important to the development of the library.The paper discusses the executing ability of the intermediate governors from the aspect of the competent ability model.
