摘　　要：随着教育改革的深入开展以及新课程改革的全面推进,人本管理已成为当代学校管理的新的趋势。探讨人本管理的变革方向,对于我们把握现代学校管理的发展趋势,有效地进行现代学校管理创新,推动新课程改革的深入实施,均具有重要意义。With the educational reforms carried out and the overall progress of the new curriculum reform,human management has become a contemporary new trend of school management.To investigate the direction for the reform of human management is important for us to grasp the development trend of the modern school management,to conduct the modern school management innovation effectively,to promote the further implementation of the new curriculum reform.
