摘　　要：随着学习化社会的来临,全社会关注的重心已越来越多地由教学者转向学习者,其中,对学习者学习障碍的研究尤其重要。了解和研究学员在学习过程中遇到的各种困难无论对教育工作者及机构还是学习者来说都具有非常重要的意义,如何测量学习障碍则是研究学习障碍的前提和基础。本文介绍了针对广播电视大学学员学习障碍量表的形成过程,并以浙江电大为例,对其实际应用的效果进行分析。With the advent of learning society,the whole society concerns have been increasingly from teaching to learners,the learning disabilities research is especially important.The understanding and study of the students in the learning process of the difficulties encountered for both educators and institutions or the learner has very important significance.How to measure learning disabilities is the premise and foundation of research on learning disabilities.This paper introduces in radio and TV University Students' learning barriers scale formation process,Taking Zhejiang TV University as example,the practical application effect analysis.
