摘　　要：当前高职专业教学中存在着影响人才培养的道德引导行为,有其产生和存在的主客观原因,规范高职教师在专业教学中道德引导行为,对师德师风建设、塑造良好的教师形象和高职学生的成长成才都具有较强的现实意义。At present there are higher impact of teaching ethics to guide conduct personnel training, has its reasons for the emergence and existence of the subjective and objective, standardized vocational teachers Teaching ethics to guide professional behavior, morality in, create a good image of teachers and vocational students have strong growth and success of practical significance.
