摘  要:在我国社会主义现代化建设事业中,国家的振兴在教育,教育的振兴在教师。高校师资队伍是现代教育体系中一支重要的教育力量,要建立一支合格、稳定的师资队伍,必须深入了解和认识国内高校师资管理的现状,及时发现其中存在的问题与弊端,以在短时间内制定和实施科学的对策,全面提升高校师资管理水平。在高校师资管理工作中,首先要使高校教师热爱自己的工作、认识到自己工作的重要性,并且要做到用事业留人、用待遇留人、用感情留人。同时,高素质化教学管理队伍建设是提高教学质量的保障,是提高整体办学水平的根本保证。In domestic socialist modernization,the country's revitalization bases on education,the revitalization of education bases on teachers.College Teachers team is an important modern education system a force to the educational powers,to establish a qualified stable faculty teachers team,we must better understand and Renshiguonei Teacher Management of the status quo,the existing problems in time and find defects,short time to develop and implement a scientific measures to raise the overall management of university teachers.Management work in the university teacher,first of all to make college teachers love their work,recognizing the importance of their work,and to do to keep people with career,with pay and conditions,use of emotion.Meanwhile,construction of high-quality teaching management team to improve their teaching quality is to improve the overall educational level of the fundamental guarantee.
