摘　　要：新的医学护理模式的形成,对护士的知识、素质能力提出了更高的要求,护理人员的角色正由单一性向多元化延伸。本文笔者叙述了在护理教学工作中对现在的高职教育阐述自己的观点。The new form of medical care model proposes a higher demand for the knowledge of nurses and quality,the role of nurses is extended by the unity of the diverse.This paper describes my work in nursing teaching vocational education for the current point and set her own point of view
