摘 要:双燃料发动机的燃烧过程接近均质压燃 (HCCI)燃烧 ,可视为准 HCCI过程。为认识其燃烧过程及排放物的生成规律和特点 ,采用发动机缸内燃烧分析以及相应工况的排放测试 ,对发动机的最高转速负荷特性和最大扭矩转速的负荷特性进行了试验研究 ,并与纯柴油燃烧过程进行了对比分析。Since the ignition of a small quantity of diesel fuel, a homogeneous natural gas-air mixtures used in dual fuel engines will format a combustion in a similar way to the HCCI (homogeneous charge compression ignition) process. This combustion can be considered as a quasi-HCCI process. To clarify the combustion and the emission formation processes, some experiments on speed-load characteristic and load characteristic captured in maxi torque speed condition have been performed in this study compared with the same characteristic displayed in a combustion process of diesel engines. Accordingly, the approach of in-cylinder analyze and emissions comparison analyze conducted in different conditions were also investigated in this study. As a results, some related conclusions were also achieved in this study.
