摘 要:随着高速铁路的大量建成与投入使用,日常维护成为各项工作的重点难点之一[1]。这就要求轨道静态测量除需满足不平顺幅值测量精度要求外,还需具备较高的超限部位的定位能力。传统的里程测量技术在长距离测量中存在较大的累积误差,超限处所难以精确定位,同时不能满足无砟轨道逐枕调整的维护要求。给出了利用电涡流式接近开关实现轨枕定位的方法来消除里程累积误差,准确定位轨道超限部位,并针对现场不可避免的轨枕漏识、误识现象,给出了相应的算法。实验证明,系统能够可靠地定位轨道超限部位,使高速铁路与既有有砟线路的维修更加便捷。With a large number of high-speed railway built and put into use,maintenance becomes one of the difficult works.The issue requires that the static detecting of track not only should meet the requirements of measurement accuracy of the amplitude on track unsmoothness,but also should have the higher locating ability to the overrun position.The traditional measuring technology of mileage during long distance measurement may has a larger accumulative error,and it is difficult to locate the overrun position accurately;at the same time,it can't meet the maintenance requirements of ballastless track when adjusting the rails with sleepers one by one.This paper gives the method of using eddy current proximity switch method to realize the sleeper locating so as to eliminate accumulated error of mileage,accurately locate the overrun position in rail.The paper also gives the corresponding calculation methods,aiming at the possible phenomenon of omitted and false recognition to the sleeper in the field.Proved by the experiment,the system can reliably locate the overrun position of the track,and also make the maintenance work of both high-speed railway and existing ballast railway more convenient and fast.
