摘　　要：哈拉曼(Haramain)高速铁路路基设计长度超过98%,普遍存在深挖高填路基,并在路基沉降控制、断面形式及填料要求等方面别具一格,具有与我国高速铁路不同的设计特点和设计思路。结合我国现行的规范和相关的规定,深入细致的研究有助于我国在设计工作中予以借鉴或参考,取长补短以提高我国设计企业的国际竞争力,为走向中东或国际市场创造条件。In Haramain High-speed Railway,the subgrade's design length exceeds 98 percent,and always exists as the ways of deep excavation or high earth filling.Then the requests on the settlement control,section type and the filling materials and so on are special,which are different with our country's high-speed railway design characteristics and design ideas.The article,combining with our current standards and relevant specifications,makes deep research to contribute some reference for design works of our country,and learns from others to improve the international competitive strength of design enterprises in China so as to create the conditions of entering into the Middle East or international market.
