摘　　要：RNA干扰是一种由双链RNA引发的序列特异性的转录后基因沉默,它是沉默目的基因表达的一种有效手段。本文就RNA干扰相关的分子机制和特点,其制备方法,以及目前RNA干扰在生物技术中的应用情况作一综述。RNA interference is a sequence-specific post-transcriptional gene silencing induced by introduction of double stranded RNA.It is a powerful tool to silent target gene expressions.The fol owing page is a review of the recent studies on the molecular mechanisms and characteristics of RNAi,the production methods,as wel as the effects and applications in biological technologies.
