摘  要:"师范"二字本身就是对教师专业发展最精确的概括,也是对传统文化中教师基本素养的深刻揭示,所以加强师范品性的培养是回归教育根本目标也是最接近师范教育本质的要求,而品质培养在往往比技能培训更加重要。师范教育的本质决定了其具体实践方式的根本出发点和最终归宿在于启发师范生自我教育的意识,培养自我教育的能力,基本的实践方式也必然应以修身为本。The two Chinese characters for 'normal education' ('师范',which can be literally translated as 'Teach and be an Example') capture accurately the essence of teacher's professional development and show how traditional Chinese culture reveals the qualities of a teacher.Therefore,re-emphasizing teacher's characters is a return to the fundamental goal of teacher's education and this return comes closest to the essence of teacher's education as character development is far more important skill training.The nature of teacher's education dictates that the starting line and ultimate goal of its education is to develop student self-education awareness and ability,and its practice is mainly on moral character cultivation.
