摘  要:目的:对市售炉甘石的成分及抑菌活性进行比较。方法:采用滴定法和X射线衍射(XRD)对炉甘石进行成分分析,采用差热分析对炉甘石的稳定性进行分析,以盐酸四环素为对照,测定市售炉甘石的抑菌活性。结果:只有1批炉甘石主要成分为碱式碳酸锌[Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6],符合药典标准,其它3批市售炉甘石以碳酸钙(CaCO3)为主要成分,不含或含少量应有的碳酸锌(ZnCO3);差热分析结果表明以Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6为主成分的炉甘石和以CaCO3为主成分的样品发生相变的温度不同;抑菌活性实验表明以Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6为主要成分的炉甘石具有抑菌作用,而以CaCO3为主要成分的样品无抑菌作用。结论:市售炉甘石存在严重的质量问题,有必要加强对该类矿物药材的质量监管,以保证安全、有效、合理用药。Objective:To compare the component and antibacterial activity of Calamine for sale.Method:Using titration and X-ray diffraction(XRD) to analyze component of Calamine;study the thermal stability of Calamine by using differential thermal analysis(DTA);using tetracycline hydrochloride as a reference substance to measure the antibacterial activity of Calamine for sale.Result:Only one batch of Calamine was in line with pharmacopoeia standards and the main component was Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6;but the other three batches of Calamine were not in line with pharmacopoeia standards and the main component was CaCO3,not or a small amount of ZnCO3;results of differential thermal analysis showed the different phase transition temperature between the Calamine with Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6 and the sample with CaCO3;the Calamine with Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6 had antibacterial activity,but the sample with CaCO3 did not.Conclusion:The Calamine for sale has seriously quality problems.It needs to strengthen the supervision to ensure safe,effective and rational use of drugs.
