摘　　要：良好的育人环境,是高校优良传统的历史积淀、精神风貌的生动体现、办学水平的综合反映。创建良好的育人环境既是高校贯彻落实科学发展观的要求,也是新世纪新阶段高校建设的重要内容。高校只有在全面规划,积极推进的原则下建设文明健康、创新和谐的育人环境,才能真正实现高校的科学发展。A good educational environment is the historical accumulation of school's excellent tradition,the vivid embodiment of the spiritual style and the comprehensive reflection of schooling standard. Constructing good educational environment is not only the demand for implementing scientific outlook on development in universities,but also the important content for the construction of univeristies in the new century. Only by constructing a civilized,healthy,innovative and harmonious educational environment under the priciple of fullscaled planning and active promoting,can univeristies realize scientific development.
