摘　　要：目的探讨基因转染人源抗菌肽hCAP-18/LL-37对人肺癌细胞A549凋亡的影响。方法将含人hCAP-18/LL-37的真核表达质粒瞬时转染人肺癌细胞A549细胞,48 h后细胞免疫组化染色检测A549细胞中Caspase-3蛋白表达。结果重组基因瞬时转染A549细胞48 h后,免疫细胞化学染色与正常对照组细胞及转染空载体组细胞比较,转染重组基因组细胞Caspase-3蛋白表达增加。结论Objective To investigate the effect of antibacterial peptide hCAP-18/LL-37 on apoptosis of human lung cancer cell A549.Methods hCAP-18/LL-37 eukaryotic expression vector was transiently transfected into human lung cancer cell A549,after 48h expression of Caspase-3 protein in A549 was detected by Immunohistochemical staining.Results The recombinant A549 cells was transiently transfected,after 48h the protein expression of caspase-3 was increased,compared with those in the control group.Conclusion hCAP-18/LL-37 gene transfection coould induce apoptosis by the up-regulation of caspase-3 protein expression.
