摘　　要：结合晋城煤业集团设计院与煤业集团分离改制后的发展历程,对设计院在人才队伍的培养和建设方面进行了总结和分析,针对发展过程中在人才队伍建设方面存在的问题进行了一些思考,并对今后人才队伍建设提出一些对策和建议,以便共同探讨。On the development after separating Designing Institute from Jincheng Coal Group,the training and construction of the talent team in the institute were summarized and analyzed.We thought over the problems in the process and provided some countermeasures and suggestions for the future talent team work.
