高职酒店英语现代教学的思考

摘　　要：在市场竞争日趋激烈、就业形势日益严峻的背景下,实用的专业知识是大学生通向成功的"金钥匙",也是衡量高职教育成败的重要标志之一。基于饭店英语的需求和高职学生所具备的专业技能的差距应对教学内容进行改革,为学生创造良好的模拟训练机会,鼓励学生结合实际,勇于开口,培养演员意识,使学生理论联系实际。Under the background that the market competition becomes increasingly fierce and employment situation is increasingly serious,the practical professional knowledge is the' golden key' to achieve success for college students,is also one of the important marks to measure the success or failure of Higher Vocational education.Based on the needs of the hotel English and the gap of professional skills,we should go to reform the teaching content,to create a good simulation training opportunities for students,encourage students to combine practical,the courage to open,training actor consciousness,enable students to integrate theory with practice.
