双向互动的甘肃城乡市场体系构建的探索

摘　　要：当前甘肃城乡市场体系建设中存在着市场规模小,城乡居民消费水平低、生活质量差,市场体系不健全,市场环境落后等问题。双向互动的城乡市场体系建设的关键在于缩小城乡交易效率差异,为此,我省应以零售企业为主导,形成覆盖城乡的商品供应链网络,并围绕缩小城乡交易效率,从完善交易设施、改进交易技术、创新交易制度等方面入手,为我省城乡市场体系建设跨越式发展提供制度保障。There are many problems in the urban and rural market system of Gansu,such as the small market scale,the low urban and rural residents consumption level,the poor quality of life,the imperfect market system,the lagging market environment,and so on.Narrowing the urban and rural difference of the trade efficiency is the key to construct the urban and rural market system of mutual interaction.Therefore,our province should build the commodity supply chain network led by retail enterprise which covers both urban and rural areas.By means of narrowing the trade efficiency,perfecting the trade facilities,improving the trade technology and innovating the trade institution,the great-leap-forward development of the urban and rural market system construction in our province can realize.
