美国法学院实践教学模式的经验和启示——以麦克乔治法学院为例

摘　　要：美国的法学院以培养律师为目标,注重实务技能和职业伦理观的教授和训练,其实践教学模式在世界上备受瞩目。本文以麦克乔治法学院的实践教学模式为例,介绍及总结其在课程设置、教学方法、教学内容等方面的经验,并针对我国当前法学本科教育中的不足,提出几点建设性的意见。Law schools in US aim at cultivating lawyers,attaching great importance to the teaching and training of practical skills and professional ethics,whose practical teaching model is highly valued throughout the world.Taking practical teaching model in McGeorge School of Law as an example,the paper introduces and summarizes its experience in curriculum setting,teaching methods,teaching contents,etc.It also proposes several constructive suggestions against the deficiency in the current education of law undergraduates in China.
