摘　　要：高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式要落实科学发展观中以人为本的原则,实现人的素质全面协调发展,必须体现以学生职业能力培养为中心,以就业为导向,加强实践性教学。本文以科学发展观为指导,提出了从保证实践性教学有效实施,如何构建两条实践性教学体系主线,采取多元化的实践教学形式和推行完善"双证"制度等六个方面进行了旅游专业实践性教学改革的阐述和分析。The students'ability-centered and employment-oriented practical teaching must be strengthened for the purpose of implementing the people-oriented principle of the theory of scientific development and achieving the comprehensive and coordinated development in personnel training mode. This paper is guied by the theory of scientific development to analyze and expound the practical teaching reform of Tourism specialty from the following aspets——Ensuring the effective implementation of practical teaching;constructing two main lines of practical teaching system; adopting diversified forms of practical teaching;promoting and perfecting the system of "double certificate".
