摘　　要：本文从高职高专的教育实际出发,探讨了建立以就业为导向的高职高专人才培养模式,并提出强化素质教育和实践教学及抓重点、促示范、全面提升就业率和大力推动产学研结合的人才培养模式改革的新思路。This article starts with the actual situation of higher vocational education to discuss how to estab- lish the talent cultivating mode oriented by employment, and puts forwards a new train of thought about the reform of talent cultivating mode, that is to strengthen quality education and practical teaching, pay more attention to key work and set up the good example, promote employment rate and establish the talent cultivating mode with combi- nation of producing, studying and researching.
