摘　　要：在《国务院关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》的战略指导下,河南省出台了《中原经济区建设纲要》,结合河南省资源优势和经济发展现状,对河南省战略性新兴产业发展的优势、劣势进行分析,以河南省传统优势经济为基础,加强科技创新与管理创新,将传统产业的内涵外延做深、做透,加快产业链向高端战略性新兴产业延伸,促进产业结构调整和经济健康有序发展。Under the guidance of the strategy 'the State Council is about accelerating fostering and developing the decision of strategic new industry',Henan Province issues 'Central Plains Economic Zone builds the outline'.Combine the resources advantages of Henan Province and the economic current situation of the development,analyze the advantage inferior position of strategic new developing industry development of Henan Province,based on traditional advantage economy in Henan Province,strengthen scientific and technical innovation and management innovation,make traditional intension epitaxial of industry dark making,completely,accelerating industry chain extend towards advanced strategic new industry,promote the industrial structure adjustment and healthy and orderly development of the economy.
