珠三角FDI现状分析及其对环境的影响

摘　　要：改革开放三十多年来,外商直接投资(FDI)大大促进了我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高。特别是作为改革开放最前沿的珠三角地区更是凭借自身的优势,通过大量吸引外资,充分利用其带来的先进技术、设备和管理经验,促进经济快速发展。但是,随着经济的增长,珠三角地区的环境质量也发生了很大的变化,"三废"排放量总体上增加,环境污染问题日趋严重。本文首先分析了珠三角引进FDI现状及特点,并从FDI对珠三角环境的规模、结构、技术效应进行理论解析和论证。最后得出结论,并提出合理化建议。After the implementation of reform and opening up in the past thirty years,Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) has greatly enhanced China’s economic development and improved its people's living standards.And,the Pearl River Delta Area has its own advantages as the forefront of reform and opening.It has made rapid economic growth by attracting foreign capital,making good use of the foreign advanced technology,equipment and learning from their management experience.However,with the economic growth,the environmental quality of Pearl River Delta Area has undergone great changes.'Three wastes' causes the total emission increased;environmental pollution has been a serious problem.This thesis first analyzes the status quo and characteristics of FDI in the Pearl River Delta Area,proposes rational suggestions for FDI in the Area from the seriousness of pollution,structure and technical effect through theoretical analysis and verification.
