摘　　要：大学生的创新能力是个体内在潜能的自由迸发。当前,教育现实中存在着许多不利于大学生创新能力生成的因素,在这些因素还不能够被有效地克服之时,充分发挥大学第二课堂活动的育人功能是非常重要的。College students' innovative ability is a free burst of potential.At present,in the reality of education there exist many formation factors did not favor the innovative ability of student,these factors also can not be effectively overcome,give full play to the educational function of university in the second classroom activities is very important.
