摘　　要："顶岗实习"是指在读学生学生到公司、企业的具体工作岗位工作,通过工作进行实践,同时学习理论知识。该文论述以就业为导向,以工学结合为切入点,罗列了高职学生在顶岗实习过程中面临的问题,深入分析了各类问题的原因,并针对各类问题提出了相应的对策。'Post practice' is refers to the students working in company specific job,through working practice,and learning theory knowledge.This paper takes the employment as the guidance,combination of work and study as a starting point,list of the problems in internship process of higher vocational students,analyzes the reasons of various problems,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures for all types of problems.
