摘　　要：学生党员干部是高校基层组织建设的主力军,是开展高校党建的中坚力量,是培养党的后备力量的重要源泉。本文剖析了高校学生党员干部领导力在入党动机、政治防线、服务意识及服务能力方面存在的主要问题和差距,提出在队伍建设、思想意识、执行力度及服务能力等关系到学生党员干部领导力培养方面的具体措施。The student party members and cadres of colleges and universities are the main force in the construction of organization,is to carry out the Party construction in colleges in the backbone,is the cultivation of reserve force of the party important source.Analysis of the college student Party member cadre leadership in the motives of joining the party,political line,service consciousness and service capacity problems and gap,put forward the specific measures in the team construction,ideology,enforcement and service capabilities related to student Party member cadre leadership training.
