摘　　要：成人教育是国民教育的重要组成部分。成人教育的对象、职能、招生及教学具有其自身的特点,加强师资队伍建设和课程建设、面授和网络教育相结合、重视自主学习等,是保证和提高成人教育质量的有效方法和措施。Adult education is an important part of national education.The object,function,enrollment and teaching of adult education has its own characteristics,strengthening the construction of faculty and curriculum construction,teaching and network education,emphasis on independent learning,is the effective measures to ensure and improve the quality of adult education.
