摘　　要：课程前静下来,潜心研究课程,热心收集资料,精心设计课堂,尽心提升自我;课堂中乐于动起来,勤于动起来,演绎精彩课堂;课程之余用心、用事搭建交流平台和学生连起来,提高教学质量,提高人才培养质量。Before classroom teaching,the teacher should concentrate on course study,be enthusiastic about gathering the teaching materials,design the classroom carefully,do themselves’utmost to lift themselves.In classroom teaching,the teacher should set things going,make the class vivid and student active,deduce wonderful classroom teaching.After classroom teaching,the teacher should build the interaction platform communication and talk with students.Improve the quality of teaching and talent training quality.
