摘 要:在研究数控冲槽加工工艺的基础上,设计了基于工控机的数控冲槽系统。采用运动控制卡控制伺服电动机实现分度运动,从而保证了分度定位的精确性与快速性。采用以工控机为核心的上位机,建立了工艺数据库,降低了对操作人员的技能要求,同时实现了冲头定位的自动调整与非均匀电子间歇冲槽的功能。运行结果表明该控制系统满足了冲槽机的冲槽加工要求,为其安全运行提供了保障。With the study on numerical control notching machining process, the numerical control notching system based on IPC has been developed that adopts movement control card to control servo motor, thus realizing dividing movement, and consequently ensuring the accuracy and rapidity of dividing positioning. In addition, this notching system adopts upper computer with IPC as the core and establishes technical database, which has reduced the requirements on operators and also realized the automatic adjustment of plunger chip positioning as well as the function of non-uniform electronic intermittent notching. The running results show that this control system satisfies notching machining requirements of notching press and guarantees its safe operation.
