摘 要:开发教学模型和动画有助于提高木工机械与刀具课程的教学效果。本文探讨教学模型和动画的开发方法,分析教学模型和动画的体系结构以及开发工具,以基于Pro/E的悬挂式挖坑机螺旋钻头的参数化设计和封边条齐边机构运动学仿真及导轨有限元分析两个实例具体阐述模型和动画开发过程,并指出模型和动画辅助木工机械与刀具教学的实施形式,为木工机械和刀具的教学研究提供方法。To develop model and animation is helpful to improve teaching of wood-working machinery and cutting tools curriculum.In this paper,developing methods of teaching model and animation was discussed.Structure of model and animation system and actual development tools were analyzed.Two examples which were 'Parametric design of spiral bit of hanging earth auger based on Pro/E' and 'Kinematics simulation of edge trimming mechanism of edge bar and finite element analysis of guideway' were applied to elaborate specific developing process of model and animation.Implementation form of using model and animation to assist teaching of wood-working machinery and cutting tools was pointed out and therefore method of teaching research was put forward.
