摘 要:通过分析柴油机润滑系统机油的异常泄漏部位,建立了某重型柴油机缸内机油消耗的数学模型,此数学模型能够实时估算缸内机油消耗并监测机油箱内机油液面变化,从而实现对机油异常渗漏的监测。柴油机润滑系统异常泄漏监测主要采用缸内压力和缸壁温度作为缸内机油消耗的运行状态参数,把机油温度作为工况参数。通过对4个工况下机油消耗量的测量与分析,揭示了机油消耗量随转速、负荷的增加而增大的特性。研究结果表明,理论计算的机油消耗量与实际测量的机油消耗量是一致的。Analyzing the exceptional leaking parts of diesel engine lubrication system,the mathematic model of lubricant oil consumption for a heavy duty diesel engine was built.The model was able to estimate the lubricant oil consumption in real time and to monitor the surface of lubricant oil in the oil box,which realized the detection of lubricant oil leakage.The main condition monitoring parameters for leakage detection were in-cylinder pressure and cylinder wall temperature and the operating parameter was the temperature of lubricant oil.By measuring and analyzing lubricant oil consumption in four different conditions, it was found that the lubricant oil consumption increased with the increase of speed and load.The results show that the theoretically calculated oil consumption coincides with the actually measured oil consumption.
